Winner(s) and some Bokeh

I am a bit disappointed that I chose such a busy time to hold my contest as I only had two entries but it’s turning out to be good for those two entries as I have decided to award them both with some prizes! Both necklaces are beautiful and I thank Barbara and Karen both for playing along! I will contact you two directly for prize details ;)

Now for some Bokeh!  One of my favorite parts of Christmas has become taking photos of my tree and all the Christmas decor in our home!  It was finally time to do my Bokeh shots!!  What is Bokeh you might ask…..

In photography, bokeh (pronounced /boʊˈkeɪ/) is the blur,[1][2] or the aesthetic quality of the blur,[3][4][5] in out-of-focus areas of an image, or "the way the lens renders out-of-focus points of light."[6]  *this excerpt is from this link HERE

Here are a few of my favorites that I took with a snow globe my mom gave me back in 2006, I collect them :)  I did not alter these photos in any way, these are straight out of my camera ;)  And I’m sure the composition could be better but I like them, after all I’m not a pro photographer, LOL.  If you are new to my blog via the Thrifty Decor Chick Link Party please browse my blog  to see many more photos of my tree which I can’t help but tweak every day, lol,

PC090140 Thanks for stopping in and hope you have a great Friday and weekend!
