How cute are these bags!  I have a niece who just turned 5 this week and she is having a Hello Kitty party this Saturday!  So, I bought some plain white gift bags and added some crepe paper ruffles.  I then used my Cricut (she was getting jealous of my Silhouette so she was happy to cut for me) to cut out the Hello Kitty and their Monogram, loving it!  I’m still not done with the bags though,
