I have chosen to give up a few things in my diet as my challenge. I’m hoping that by doing so I will feel healthier as well lose a few pounds in the process. So far I’ve done pretty good and hope to stay strong!
What am I giving up?
- Carbonated drinks
- Ice Cream
- Fried Foods (this one I failed on a little today day 3)
