I have chosen to give up a few things in my diet as my challenge. I’m hoping that by doing so I will feel healthier as well lose a few pounds in the process. So far I’ve done pretty good and hope to stay strong!
What am I giving up?
- Carbonated drinks
- Ice Cream
- Fried Foods (this one I failed on a little today day 3)

Admirable goals for the challenge..and one with great benefits! (although I don't think I could do #2...it'd just have to be my occasional treat!). I wish you success in your journey! Remember, each day is a chance to change your life...embrace it!

I think I could manage with your give-ups... well except the ice cream. I had a lovely bowl last night... it was low fat (but I put peanut butter on it so I think that put the calories back on and then some). :)
