Day 21 of the Challenge

I’m so excited that with today comes Success! I gave myself the challenge to not have Carbonated drinks, Ice Cream and Fried Foods for 21 Days.  I had a few hiccups on the fried food but overall I did AWESOME! I’m so proud of myself and I am going to continue to follow this challenge and take on a couple of new ones soon.  Today I’m picking up my new Infiniti G37 and I’m super excited! What a great day today is!  The Challenge was a success and a new car, SWEET! Oh and I’m off this week and will be spending it with my DH! YAY for me! Have a great week!

Day 11 of 21 Day Challenge




Hi there! Hope you guys have had a great week and have some fun plans for the weekend! I decided to eat lunch in today and catch up on some blogging during my lunch hour. So, today is Day 11 of the 21 Day Challenge and so far so good! I have gotten a little behind on my journaling and creative inspiration but that's OK as I will catch up over the weekend. Most importantly though is that I have stayed strong on my challenge to myself of saying no to Fried Foods, Ice Cream and Carbonated drinks. I have to say that one night I thought was going to be challenging because my hubby was craving Long John Silvers! But, I stayed true to myself and while he ate his yummy friend fish and chips I ate my spinach salad with yummy cranberries and walnuts! Day 7 of the Challenge

Just an update to my progress on the 21 day challenge, I'm doing pretty good! This evening was a girls night out at Carraba's and I resisted the urge to sample one of my girlfriends fried Zucchini sticks. They looked yummy but I knew I had to resist and I did! I haven't had any carbonated drinks since I started the challenge nor have I had Ice Cream! And let me tell ya that I have homemade Peach Ice Cream my hubby made but I've stayed away! I have had a few fried food items on a couple of days but not nearly the amount I would have had before. Still, I shouldn't have but it isn't stopping me from continuing on! I will get there and once I do my body will not want that fried food and my tummy will thank me for it! Well, that's it for now! Hope you have a great week! I hope to come back soon with a craft project, time to get working on the Halloween Cards!

Rhonna’s 21 Day Challenge

The 21 Day Challenge is what I’ve been really excited about the last few days! If you don’t know Rhonna then you are missing out! I have chosen to give up a few things in my diet as my challenge. I’m hoping that by doing so I will feel healthier as well lose a few pounds in the process. So far I’ve done pretty good and hope to stay strong!

What am I giving up?

  1. Carbonated drinks
  2. Ice Cream
  3. Fried Foods (this one I failed on a little today day 3)
